Almost nobody around you did both. Once a month we have lunch by the sea — people who came from abroad, live here, and work for themselves.
Six to ten people each time. No names published — you meet them at the table. Free parking 160 m away.

Company, autónomo, freelance. Clients in Spain or abroad — it makes no difference.
Lunch, and one round of introductions.
- You arrive and find the table. Somebody will be there before you.
- We order, we eat, and everyone says who they are and what they do — a minute each.
- After that it’s just conversation. Leave when you need to leave.
Six to ten people. Small enough that everyone gets heard. Nobody presents anything, and nobody is selling.
Turning up alone is normal — everyone at that table did the same thing.
Once a month, and the slot moves.
Weekday and weekend alternate, and the time of day varies too. Nobody makes all of them. Over a few months, most people can make some.

First the lunches have to prove themselves. When membership opens, founding members will set what it includes.
A guild was a mutual aid society before it was anything commercial.
In Catalan the word is gremi, and it isn’t archaic — you’ll find it on trade bodies across Catalonia today. The silversmiths had one in Tarragona and one in Reus.
I moved here in 2023, I work for myself, and I couldn’t find this group — so I’m starting it.
I live in Alforja and work in IT security. That has nothing to do with the guild, which is rather the point: what people here have in common isn’t a trade.
Come once. That’s the whole commitment.
